Your pet’s comfort and safety are our highest priority. Our dog boarding facility is air conditioned for summertime cooling, and features heated floors for those chilly winter days. The heated floors are both inside and out providing comfort inside, and safety outside. We are the only dog boarding facility in the area offering this!

Each “dog hotel” suite has a total of 100 square feet of indoor/outdoor space. Your pet’s suite will receive daily housekeeping. We are your doggy daycare destination!

Landheim Dog Boarding Policies

Drop off time is from 9am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday/ 9am to 12pm Saturday.

Pick up time is between 10am-2pm Monday thru Friday/ 10am to Noon Saturday.

*Pickups allowed after 2pm, but will result in an extra day’s charge

Closed Sundays and Holidays; no pick up/drop off available.*Proof of the following vaccines is required for your dog’s stay: Distemper combination, Rabies and Bordetella (kennel cough). Titer Testing is also accepted!

We require Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). We also accept titer testing. **Be advised that vaccinations take time to build immunity in your pet. Giving vaccinations too close to the time of their stay means they will have not built up the proper immunity the vaccination is designed to give and they will not be fully protected.
Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Agreement to Hold Harmless*
Landheim Training Center agrees to exercise due and reasonable care to ensure the safety and welfare of all pets. That all pets are to be cared for properly according to instructions given by the owner. That housing quarters are kept clean and sanitary for the comfort of our guests. All pets are boarded, trained, groomed, or otherwise cared for without liability for the loss or damage due to (but not limited to) disease, running away, theft, fire or other unavoidable causes, due diligence and care having been exercised. Landheim Training Center is not to be held liable for loss or damage to personal property nor injury of other persons or pets caused by said Pet. The Pet will not be removed from Landheim property without written consent from Owner (unless health emergency). Kennel Cough is a virus that is highly contagious and not prevented completely by the vaccine. Only 3 of close to 20 strains of the virus are covered by the vaccine. Therefore, Landheim cannot be held responsible for you pet contracting the illness during their stay. In the unfortunate case that a Pet becomes seriously ill, the following protocol will take place: the Owner or emergency contact will be immediately notified. The designated Veterinarian will be notified. (However, Landheim reserves the right to seek veterinary care at our chosen facility.) After hours-North Central Emergency Veterinary Clinic will be notified. If required, the pet will be transported to said clinic exercising great care and safety. Landheim shall reserve the right to administer medication or give other advisable attention, within our discretion and judgment. The costs of such treatment and or supplies will be paid for by the pet Owner. In the case of boarding same family pets together: Landheim Training Center is not held liable for any injury or damage caused by either pet to one another. Payment is expected in full at the time of pick up of the Pet (due at drop off for In-Kennel Training). If the Pet is not picked up or called for within 15 days of its scheduled departure, Landheim Training Center reserves the right to obtain the Pet as its property to sell, place, or otherwise. The unpaid charges will then be turned over to a collection agency. By signing this contract (or providing an electronic signature) I agree that it is binding for this stay and any future stay. NO MONEY IS TO BE REFUNDED!!!!!
